Just a little frilly tutorial I made super quick in Photoshop.
This is my failsafe method of drawing frills - I have no idea where I learnt how to do this but I've found pics from '98 where I've used this method so I couldn't of read it online anywhere!  I admit, this file is a little larger than it needs to be (dimension wise) but yes, I do hope it helps anyone who has ever needed to draw a frill somewhere. I may do another one on how to apply them to attire - please tell me if this is a good idea.  Enjoy! |
