This is Sundae~ he's a bit... yeaaaah. 
His hair took forever but he doesn't usually wear it like that sooo... I prolly won't have to draw it again! </lazy ass> He usually looks a lot brighter than this (his style is based on ganguru girls! Yeep!) but I just drew him in lazy, conservative clothing todayyy...
